2. SERVICES & SEPARATE AGREEMENTS

Certain services offered by L’Histoire Stables require a separate written agreement, proposal, invoice, waiver, horse-use agreement, consignment agreement, sales agreement, coaching agreement, or other documentation.

Where a separate agreement is entered into between you and Ride & Breathe LLC, that agreement will govern the specific service and will control in the event of any conflict with these website Terms & Conditions.

Submitting an inquiry, contact form, application, or request through this website does not guarantee acceptance, availability, a horse match, a training position, a booking, or any particular service.

3. HORSE SALES & SOURCING

Information regarding horses listed, marketed, sourced, or represented through L’Histoire Stables is provided in good faith based on information available at the time.

Horse descriptions, photographs, videos, competition records, veterinary information, pricing, availability, measurements, temperament descriptions, suitability assessments, and other details may change and should not be considered guarantees.

Prospective buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence, which may include veterinary examinations, review of records, trials, professional evaluations, insurance inquiries, and any other investigation they consider appropriate before purchasing or leasing a horse.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, L’Histoire Stables does not guarantee the future health, soundness, temperament, performance, suitability, competition results, or resale value of any horse.

4. CONSIGNMENT & HORSE DEVELOPMENT

Horse development, training, sales preparation, and consignment services are subject to individual arrangements and separate written agreements.

No particular training result, competition result, sale price, sales timeline, or successful sale is guaranteed.

Horses are living animals whose health, behavior, performance, and progression may change unexpectedly. Training programs may therefore be modified where reasonably necessary for horse welfare, safety, veterinary considerations, facility requirements, or professional judgment.

5. COACHING & TRAINING

Coaching and training services are individualized according to the rider, horse, goals, availability, and circumstances.

Ride & Breathe LLC does not guarantee any particular riding, competitive, personal, performance, mindset, or professional result.

Mindset and performance coaching is educational and developmental in nature and is not medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for licensed healthcare services.

Specific coaching packages, payment terms, cancellation policies, package validity periods, and scheduling rules are governed by the applicable coaching agreement or written booking confirmation.

6. EQUESTRIAN ACTIVITIES & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Horseback riding, handling horses, training horses, visiting equestrian facilities, competing, and participating in equestrian activities involve inherent risks.

Participation in any equestrian activity may require execution of a separate waiver, assumption-of-risk agreement, facility waiver, horse-use agreement, or other safety documentation before participation.

These website Terms do not replace any required equestrian waiver or participant release.

7. PRICING & AVAILABILITY

Prices displayed or discussed through this website are subject to change unless confirmed in writing.

Horse prices, training fees, coaching fees, consignment fees, show expenses, transportation costs, boarding, veterinary expenses, farrier expenses, facility fees, commissions, and other costs may vary according to the individual service.

Availability of horses, trainers, facilities, shows, boarding, lessons, and other services is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing and, where applicable, required payment has been received.

8. PAYMENTS

Payment terms are determined by the applicable invoice, service agreement, proposal, or written booking confirmation.

Where payment by credit card is offered, an additional processing fee may apply if disclosed before payment.

Failure to make payment when due may result in suspension, cancellation, or termination of the applicable service, subject to the terms of the relevant agreement.

9. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Cancellation and refund terms vary depending on the service purchased.

Any service-specific cancellation or refund policy stated in a signed agreement, accepted proposal, invoice, or written booking confirmation will control.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, submitting an inquiry through this website does not create a refundable booking or reservation.

L’Histoire Stables may work with or refer clients to independent third parties, including veterinarians, farriers, barns, facilities, horse owners, trainers, transporters, show organizers, accommodation providers, insurers, photographers, or other professionals.
